Josh is everything you want in a realtor and then some! Our house was a brand new build and was experiencing many covid shortages. Josh would go over to our build multiple times a week to check on progress and stay on top of the builder. We joked that he basically became the project manger. Josh made buying a house as fun and stress free as possible. Buying a house in Lynchburg from South Carolina during a pandemic seemed impossible but Josh went out of his way to make us feel like we were his priority. Every time we viewed a new property, Josh would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. He was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Josh was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal.
